Millican Ogden Community Association is made up of dedicated volunteers committed to ensuring a high quality of life in and around Millican, Lynnwood & Ogden. The Board of Directors is voted in each October at the Annual General Meeting by the members of the community association that live in Millican, Lynnwood & Ogden. The Board of Directors is a collective voice to the City of Calgary on many civic affairs issues as well as responsible for the operations of 3 buildings: Community centre, Jack Setter Arena & SE Calgary Community Resource Centre.

Lorraine Robinson
Lorraine, a long time community resident, has lived in the community for the past 32 years. A nature lover, she takes full advantage of the community’s great outdoor amenities. Retired from a teaching career including teacher, principal and Associate Superintendent positions, she is now a very active MOCA Director entering her third term as well as continuing to contribute to local and provincial Francophone organizations in Alberta.

Angela Cruickshank
Angela was born and raised in Southern Ontario, and after living in Calgary for almost 10 years, her and her fiancé Jim decided to move to Ogden in January 2017 after realizing the amazing things this area had to offer. Quickly after settling into the neighourhood she realized she was very passionate about this area and needed to get more involved. She is looking forward to supporting the residents of Millican, Ogden and Lynnwood to continue to make this community a great place to live and raise a family.

Jim Logan
Jim and fiance Angela moved to Ogden January of 2017 after realizing how enjoyable the area is. Jim has a construction background and has been a great asset with respect to the operations of our facilities.
DIRECTOR
Barry Bickford has lived in the Ogden Lynnwood community since 1995. He previously served on the MOCA Board for a number of years starting in 2006. Barry’s educational background includes a degree in Business Administration, a degree in Government Studies and a number of other certificates and designations. His career background includes over 40 years in various aspects of the real estate industry ranging from land development, building design and construction, government legislation and property taxation. Barry currently sits on a quasi-judicial municipal board and participates in a number of activities.
